春晖中文学校校名源于中国大唐诗人孟郊的名诗《游子吟》。千百年来，这首歌颂真淳而深挚母爱的诗，感动了不知多少中国人。该诗结尾两句：“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”，更是真切地表达了微芥如小草般的儿女深感难以报答如春晖般厚博的母爱之情，我们取“春晖”为校名，谨以寄托以下美好的愿望：愿我们的孩子们享受充分的爱和良好的教育，如小草沐浴于和煦的春晖中，健康地长大；愿我们这些身在他乡的游子们，能永远记住自己的祖国以及她悠久的历史和灿烂的文化。

Parent Duty Sign up Sheet and Duties
Dear Chinese School Parents

Due to the overwhelming response to our call for volunteer work from parents, we have re-designed our sign up sheet and made it easy for you to sign up the work and track your time. Please go to our website and sign up at your earliest convenience to ensure your slot ( this is the link to the site). If you have signed up online before, you need to sign up again into this new sheet. The old sheet will be discarded. If you are not sure how to use the sheet, please stop by at office on school day and one of our staff will assist you.

12:30 - 2:30 Duties
- Arrive sharp at 12:30 and sign in the time sheet
- All classroom setup, include chairs tables and supply set up
- Recess monitoring, including playgroup supervise, exit door watch to make sure NO
kids across the highway and enter the residential neighborhood
- Copy teaching material for teachers
- Supervise classroom for Grade 1, 2, 3 classes and Math class if necessary
- Art room setup and after class clean up
- Ring bell for class recess
- Sign out on the time sheet
3:30 - 5:30 Duties
- Report to duty and sign in on the time sheet
- Recess monitoring, including playgroup supervise, exit door watch to make sure NO
kids across the highway and enter the residential neighborhood
- Copy teaching material for teachers
- Supervise classroom Grade 1, 2, 3 classes and Math class if necessary
- Ring bell for class recess
- Return classroom chairs, tables to the storage
- Sign out on the time sheet convenience
