  • 值 日 家 长 责 任 条 例  Responsibilities of Parents on Duty


    一、请上课前十五分钟到校并在《家长值日表》上签名,负责搬排全班学生的桌椅;放学后收放回原处,打扫教室卫生;经校务委员会值班委员检查并在《家长值日表》上签名后,方可离校;
    二、课间休息或老师不在课堂期间,负责学生纪律和安全;防止学生在教室或走廊内跑动,禁止学生损坏或乱动教室里的物品,阻止学生擅自走出学校,督促学生按时回教室上课; 三、为全班学生提供并协助老师给学生分发课间点心、饮料及 纸杯等;

    四、协助校方和老师做好学校和班级的各项活动;
    五、有紧急情况时,协助校长联系有关家长。

    1. Please arrive 15 minutes before classes start and sign in on the Parent Duty Assignment Roster; arrange chairs and desks in the classroom to prepare for student classes; after school, make sure to clean up and rearrange the classrooms to their original conditions. After inspections by a School Councilor, please sign off on the Parent Duty Assignment Roster in the space provided.
    2. Be responsible for discipline and safety of students during recess periods or when teachers are temporarily absent in class; prevent students from running in the hallway or classrooms; prohibit damages to classroom equipment and objects; stop students from going outside without supervision.
    3. Provide and help distribute snacks and drinks to students at the time set by teachers.
    4. Help school and teachers coordinate school and class activities.
    5. Assist the Principal to contact parents or guardians in cases of emergency.
